Keeping it simple is the best way to travel. These Classics are designed for laid-back comfort—even on the move. Awww, yeah. We thought we knew the meaning of comfort, but TOMS' Canvas slip-on schooled us. Its cool, casual upper has an elastic inset at the vamp and darts at the toe to add wearing ease to its padded footbed and cushioning rubber outsole. It'll be your new favorite. TOMS Shoes was founded in 2006 by Blake Mycoskie. The shoe is a unique slip-on design comprised of clean lines and lightweight fabrics in vibrant colors and prints. TOMS was founded when Blake was inspired on a trip to Argentina by the traditional, rope-soled Argentine "alpargata." He was struck by the poverty and health issues of the country, and set out to reinvent the alpargata for the U.S. market, and in doing so to accomplish one goal: Making life more comfortable for those without shoes. To realize this purpose, Blake made a commitment to match every pair of TOMS purchased with a donation of a pair to a child in need. It's simple: If you buy a pair of TOMS, the company will give a pair to someone in need on your behalf. During its first year in business, TOMS sold 10,000 pairs of shoes, and Blake returned to Argentina to lead his first annual Shoe Drop during which he donated to the children who had inspired him. TOMS Shoes are now available in multiple colors and fabric combinations for men, women and a recently introduced line for children, aptly titled Tiny TOMS. See more

At first I got blisters just under my outer ankles as the sides are a little high and rub into the bottom of the ankle bones that stick out. Also, it is perfect size, 8M, only it is loose fit and my heals slip out then stomp on the heal and flatten them causing me to stop, sit down, and pull the back material out from under my foot and wrap it around from the inside with my finger. The inner insoles are really thin, no arch support and just kind of tacked in with a spot of glue. I got store bought extra thick insoles and placed them over the mfr insoles and they fit perfectly, no slipping and no more blistering on my ankles., they are very cute and after wearing them a couple of days the soft material soften up and conformed to the shape of my feet, making them extremely comfortable.I thought at first I'd need to return them, they were a little tight across the top. Within a few hours of wearing the canvas has stretched out to a comfortable fit and I love them!I have them in every colorThis style is by far the most comfortable and easy to wear Toms shoe ever. The material is NOT rough canvas like other typical designs. It’s soft and smooth and super easy to slip on and off your feet. It also doesn’t rub and irritate your foot.Good fit, but not sure if it’s real . But still good for wearing itThis material is Hardee’s then the typical Toms material so it rubbed my back of foot for a few weeks before stretching/softening enough with constant wear.I love these so much they are my second pair! Super cute and comfortable. Definitely recommend.Tired of wearing tennis shoes so I purchased these Tom’s to run errands around town. No arch support but I knew that going in. I bought them 1/2 size larger so that I could replace the inner sole with one that has arch support hoping it wouldn’t be too tight. It worked perfectly. Comfortable, cute, casual shoes for jeans or slacks.Absolutely love Toms! Very confortable for walking and everyday casual shoes.Easy slip on’s to match with jeans, dresses, shorts. I specifically love the ortholite soles.I am usually a UK5. I would suggest to take a 5.5 as they are slightly tight around the bridge of my foot but not uncomfortably tight. I have always loved the charity that Toms supports. For every pair of shoes you buy a pair is donated to underprivaleged.I buy alot of skechers and Tom's from my local outlet and have never had an issue with sizing but these I bought in my usual size of 4 and wish I had gone a size up, they were so tight I couldnt even wear them for the evening of my wedding (no party just walking around a park after the photos in my good shoes) and I'm very annoyed about this as during lockdowns haven't been able to go anywhere to try shoes! They hurt a silly amount trying to get them on and not once ever have a bought anything that wasnt a 3.5 or a 4 UK sizing. These were so small and almost feel like your feet should be flat to put them on which nobody has flat feet like paper!I have other toms and love them, so ordered these in Black Glitter to match other outfits. They do look more navy than black though because of the glitter, unsure if the wrong colour was sent to me as it just says Midnight Sparkle on the box and the glitter looks more silver in the picture. However, they are pretty and although toms always start a bit tight and narrow I know after several wears they will loosen and I will love them like my othersNice pair of espadrille but funny size. My original shoe size is 6 but these shoes are not only running small, but terribly tight, impossible to fit my foot in them. That’s why I got a size bigger which I could fit the width but too long. However, I think they are comfortable and gorgeous stylish finish for a summer outfit. Toms should get a more realistic shoe mould. So comfy and perfect for smart casual wear. Love neutral colour too. Have bought again, but in a full larger size. Judging from other reviews, I did buy a half-size larger than I might have, which was fine for Britain, but in a hot country they were still very difficult to get on, so I recommend a full size larger for hot holidays abroad.
