TOMS Men's Alpargata Rope Casual Shoes - Comfortable Slip-On Espadrilles in Blue | Perfect for Summer, Beach, and Everyday Wear

This was my first purchase of a slipon shoe of any kind, Toms or otherwise. Though not fit for every terrain, when walking on a stable, predictable surface, these shoes fare just fine. I've had them for over a month now and although I don't wear them very often, I wonder about their longevity. This of course is to be expected with a canvas shoe so it's not something that would be considered a negative. Fit is a tad on the large side but I believe thats because I wear these on a bare foot rather than with a sock. Other than that they're pretty decent for what they were designed to be - a casual shoe for relaxed activity. Would buy again.Looks really nice but does not fit true to size especially if your feet is on the wider side.The style and look of the shoe are great. But, while I normally wear a 10.5 in a shoe, this one was tight. The words fit area for me was the elastic gusset at the top front of the shoe. Wore them around the house for a day and still my feet were achy, and I had to remove a couple of times throughout the day.Good slip ons, stylish patterning. They have a burlap bottom, but it wears away very quickly. They don't have much in the way of arch support, so if I work out in them or jump rope, etc, I definitely feel it afterward, but they're good for my day-to-day activities, including riding flat pedals on a bike.Not always mothers can shop for teenage sons. it is a fact that we have to get use to because Mom's sense of fashion is outdated I bought this as a birthday gift for my son and he wears it all the time. it is a favourite casual shoes so much so that I had to purchase a second pair. It is value for money and it looks quite fashionable with any outfit.Perfect .... but expensiveLove all Toms shoes I ever purchased and most of all the donation of a pair of shoes for charity with each one you buy. The color is great along with the comfort they go with most of the casual clothes I wear. The only down side is that if you have an arch problem with your feet you will need to purchase extra support because of the soft sole.Tom's shoes are very laid-back and comfortable. For me to find a comfortable shoe is a miracle. I wear them with my orthotics (peeling away the insert from the shoe is "interesting" but the structure remains solid) and I have a wonderfully accomodating lightweight shoe. Love the denim, good fabric, just-right color. Tom's shoes form to your feet after wearing, which I appreciate. A day in Tom's is usually a good day (attitude adjustor?)Had to return as they were too wide. I’ve never had a pair of toms that didn’t need to stretch as you wear them in so it’s likely they’re wide as they’ve been tried on many times and returned.This will be my third pair bought.Great productGreat companyCould not fault deliveryWorld class espadrilles.
